Acquarobics 

sessions are held several times a day in out interior spa pool. Please also see additional sessions provided by our sports trainer.

Airport

We provide on request (only saturdays) a pick-up and drop-off service from and to Munich and Salzburg airports at a very reasonable cost price of € 40 per person and journey.

Baths Department
Our medical Baths Department features state-of-the-art equipment and is able to offer any kind of application. Appointments may be made in person or by telephone from 7.30 am to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday. Appointments may also be made by agreement on Sundays or public holidays.

Balloon trips
Enjoy magnificent views over the hilly Lower Bavarian countryside from a lofty height. Available twice a day between April and October depending on weather conditions! Book at reception.

Bar
Our cosy Fürstenhof Bar is open every day form 1.30 pm, serving coffee, cakes and refreshing drinks. Let us mix, stir and shake you a tasty cocktail in the evenings.

Board arrangements
Please inform reception of any arrangements or changes by 11.00 am.

Breakfast buffet
Select your favourite table and breakfast like a prince in our restaurant. Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10.30 am Mondays to Fridays and from 7.30 am to 11.00 am at weekends and on public holidays. We provide a wide choice of breakfast dishes. Please consume these in the restaurant only.

Cancellation conditions
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation charge
Cancellation between 29 and 16 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed price
Cancellation 15 days and earlier before arrival: 80% of the agreed price

Children
must be supervised by adults when visiting our thermal spa facilities.

Children's Club
Our sister hotel the Maximilian operates our free Children's Club providing games, fun and friendly supervision.

Coffee time
We serve coffee, tea and fresh cakes in the Fürstenhof Bar, the pool bar and on the bar terrace if weather conditions are favourable.

Cosmetics at the "Beauty im Fürstenhof"
All applications and treatments are available at our beauty farm located in the basement of the west wing.
Opening times:
Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Sunday from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm
and by arrangement.

Departure

please depart by 12:00 noon
If you wish to depart later, we charge € 40 until 6.00 pm, and from 6.00 pm the whole room price. If you wish to change the date or time of your departure, please be sure to contact reception and make arrangements in good time.

Doctor's surgery
The doctor's surgery is located on the first floor of the west wing of the hotel. Appointments may be made in person or by telephone from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm Monday to Friday.

Dogs
are accepted on payment of a charge, but are not allowed in the spa or gym areas. If you wish to take your “four-legged friend” into the restaurant, please sit in the bar area as indicated by our restaurant manager

Garage
Please park your car in the "yellow zone" reserved for Fürstenhof guests. A reservation is not required. The current parking charge is EUR 5.00 per day. Please vacate the arrival and departure zone as quickly as possible.

Would you like to give a present to a loved one? A “taster weekend” or the “spa and holiday week” are sure to make a welcome and relaxing gift. Our reception team will be happy to issue gift vouchers in line with your requirements.

Arrangements with golf pros/booking of courses may be made in person or by telephone to the Holzhäuser Golf Bookings Office on 0 85 32/ 790-22 or via our reservations office on 0 85 32/ 98 11 91. Secure your favourite tee-off time! Please remember to book well in advance.

Gym
The gym is located on the first floor of the west wing of the hotel and is open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. Our sports trainer provides a varied programme suitable for all levels of fitness. The two holiday notice boards located in the reception area of the gym display information on our health and beauty spa programme. You may also consult the daily Hartl Resort newspaper or ask at reception.

Half board
You may choose whether to take half board at lunch or dinner. We offer an à la carte lunch menu in the restaurant (from 12.00 noon to 1.30 pm). In the evenings, we serve a 5-course menu featuring different options and also provide a themed buffet once a week. You may also choose to have dinner at other hotels within the Hartl Resort (we currently offer a EUR 20.00 voucher).
Holiday corner
The hotel lobby serves as the meeting point for excursions and hiking tours. You can also arrange a meeting with our holiday manager, who will be happy to provide you with any advice you need on planning your holiday.

Hotel newspaper "Der Fürst"
Our daily newspaper is available at breakfast and aims to provide you with all the information you require to make the most of your holiday. The newspaper contains details on events at the Fürstenhof, our daily sports and health and beauty spa programme and our holiday programme. It also enables you to work up an appetite by stating the dinner menu for the day. 

Housekeeping
Our housekeepers are available between 7.00 am and 5.00 pm and will be happy to provide you with additional towels and clothes hangers.

Laundry service/dry cleaning
Please contact the housekeeper or your chambermaid and place your laundry in your room ready for collection (daily).

Please expressly mark laundry bags with "for dry cleaning"! Delays in the service may occur at weekends and on public holidays.

Liability
The Fürstenhof cannot assume any liability for services charged on behalf of and for the account of third parties.

Loungers
The loungers located inside the spa area and on the grassed area outside are reserved for the use of guests at the thermal spa. Our staff have been instructed to remove towels which unnecessarily block loungers for longer periods of time.
Lunch
is served between 12.00 noon and 1:30 pm. Small à la carte selection. You may also choose to take half-board at lunch instead of dinner. Please inform the head waiter of your intentions.

Package deals
Some package deals include services for which collection of payment takes place on behalf of and for the account of relevant partner companies (e.g. treatment costs, golf and tennis tuition, course fees). The fee for the use of the thermal spa facilities is automatically included in the room prices stated and will be shown separately on the hotel invoice.

Pool bar
Located at the thermal spa and open from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm. The pool bar serves freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, snacks and coffee and cakes to provide you with well-earned refreshment after your spa visit.

Post
Your post will be placed in your pigeon hole at about 11.00 am Monday to Saturday.

Prices
Our prices are per person per day (gross prices). Prices include statutory VAT at 19% (current level in Germany). We reserve the right to raise prices accordingly in the event of an increase in the prevailing rate of VAT.

In the interests of all our guests, we would ask you to observe periods of quiet and avoid noise disturbance in the early afternoon between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm and at night from 10.00 pm

Reception
The hotel reception is manned 24 hours a day. The cash desk is open from 7.00 am to 10.00 pm.

Religious services
The "Emmaus" ecumenical church centre (the first of its kind in Germany) is located at the entrance to Bad Griesbach-Therme and is available for use by all guests. The reception will be happy to provide you with details of times of services.

Restaurant
The Fürstenhof restaurant is divided into small cosy dining spaces. The restaurant is non-smoking. We will reserve you a table for dinner if you have booked half board. There is a free choice of table at breakfast.

Please inform your restaurant manager by 11.00 am if you wish to avail yourself of this opportunity.

Tailored spa visits
Medical and treatment costs will be directly charged to your health insurance company. Your health insurance company will reimburse hotel accommodation costs at a later stage upon presentation of a receipt. Please note that health insurance companies do not recognise standard spa packages.

Telephone
All our rooms are equipped with direct dial telephones. To obtain an outside line, please dial 0 followed by the number you are calling. A direct extension number via which you can receive calls is noted on your room pass.

Television
We would ask you to show consideration to other guests by turning down the volume on your television after 10.00 pm.

Tennis
Our reception staff will be happy to reserve the hotel's own outside court, an indoor court or tennis lessons for you (fee payable).
Thermal spa water
The "spa water analysis" item provides important information on the healing properties of our spa water.
Table reservations
should be made via the restaurant manager. You will be allocated a table for dinner. There is free choice of table at breakfast.

Thermal spa
Located in the basement of the west wing and open for your daily bathing pleasure between 6.30 am and 9.00 pm. The spa is accessible from rooms located in the east wing via the passageway on the third floor or by taking the lift.
Spa interior
thermal bath (approx. 36 degrees), solarium, steam grotto, massage jets and goosenecks, unctorium, whirlpool, drinking fountain, Finnish and bio sauna
Spa exterior
outdoor pool at approx. 28 degrees, sports pool with spa water and grotto connected to the spa interior via a swimming channel, hot whirlpool, Kneipp paddling pool, magnificent grassed sunbathing area with views of the Rott Valley.

Tickets
Reduced price German Railways tickets are available via us. We also have favourably priced flight ticket allocations which we can book for you. Available on request.
