4-day course (Thursday to Sunday)
Handicap of 24 or better
Price: 850.00 EUR
Services provided:
4 days of golf training (Thu. to Sun.) and theoretical and practical "mental coaching" (min. 3, max. 4 participants), including SCOPE swing analysis, unlimited practice balls, range fee and green fee for the 18-hole courses (except Sagmühle), special course documentation, Griesbach Method College Book (Universal Golf Learning System; UGLS), club fitting available on request at an extra charge of EUR 25.00.
Your aim:

To become a better, more competitive, golfer. Golf fitness comes from both physical and mental tuition and practice. Our professionals will pass on their years of expertise and experience to help you learn more about the bio-mechanics of the golf swing, and how to handle golfing pressure situations.

Course dates:

Venue: Uttlau Golf Course

Start: Thursday, 9.00 am

Lunch break: approx. 12.00 noon to 2.00 pm

End: Sunday approx. 3.30 pm


Course content:

1. day

morning: plenary session on golfing ability, requirements, ideas, requests, ... Practice: Analysis of present swing and swing training unit; Theory: Introduction to the fields of mental strength and psychology in the game

afternoon: 18-hole Stableford – analysis of round


2nd day

morning: Practice: Swing training in conjunction with Scope and pressure distribution measurements; Theory: Strategy, tactics and psychology of the game, SCOPE swing analysis and gravity measurement plate

afternoon: Theory: The correct swing (biomechanical, functional, anatomical, neuronal and coordinative considerations); Practice: Simulation training short game


3rd day

morning: Practice: Functional technical training for the swing, short game and putting; Theory: Psychology in training and play

afternoon: 18-hole game with mental support and round analysis


4th day

morning: Practice: Situative swing training, simulation and putting training; Theory: Golf-specific fitness training

afternoon: final training acording to individual preferences
